This vintage #1 mixing bowl from Homer Laughlin Fiesta is made of ceramic with the Fiesta turquoise glaze. It was produced between 1935 and 1944, has a smooth and glossy finish and looks like it was rarely if ever used. No chips, cracks, nicks, scratches or utensil marks etc. Add this beautiful bowl to your collection and use it as a decorative piece in your kitchen. This is a Vintage mid century modern Doranne California Pottery Covered Bowl / Candy Dish in Aqua / Turquoise and Cream Speckled Glaze. The bowl is marked on the bottom “Doranne USA Calif “. This mid century modern covered dish measured approximately 8-3/4 inches deep, 9-1/4 inches long and 3-3/4 inches tall with the lid attached. This piece has some dark stains on the intereior but does not have any chips, cracks or repairs.

This is old and there is crazing throughout the pieces. The bowl is in beautiful condition with no chips or cracks and the bending flamingo is also in excellent condition. There is a spot at the base but it isn’t a chip it was done in production. The tall flamingo has a spot on the back of its left leg that is missing glaze. Their are a few really tiny black specs I think come from production also. Both birds set a little wonky on their bases, so I don’t know if that was the production style for this line.
