Here we have a spectacular tiny bowl. Made by McCoy as part of their popular Dandy Line pottery. They don’t come any smaller than this. Measuring only 4 ¼” in diameter by 2″ in height, this is the smallest size and a very desirable bowl made in this white band pattern. The bowl is decorated with 3 raised white bands with the white glaze thickly applied. As with other Dandy Line pieces, the center band is wider than the outer bands. This is a McCoy form rarely found.

Straight out of old lady china cabinet where it has been for decades is this scarce vintage pottery batter pitcher with ringware design…. About 4.75 inches tall and 6.25 inches diameter across rim. 8.5 inches from spout to handle. Just stilt marks on the bottom as shown. Colorful orange glaze gives this such a great look. A gorgeous mid-century creamer and lidded sugar set from Los Artesanos, the celebrated Puerto Rican pottery stemmed from master potter Hal Lasky’s studio in Santurce. Both pieces are wheel-thrown stoneware in a warm, speckled oatmeal-white glaze, banded at the foot with a carved sgraffito border of concentric squares in the exposed clay. The creamer has a pulled spout and looped handle; the sugar bowl keeps its original knobbed lid. Los Artesanos produced hand-designed, hand-carved artware that helped define mid-century modern ceramics on the island, and every piece varies slightly by hand. Condition: Very good vintage condition. The iron speckling and glaze variation are original to the making, not flaws. As always, we pack carefully and securely for safe transit. Here’s your chance to obtain a rare piece of Americana history. Blue and cream striped bowl With Gold Medal Flower stamped on front. There is no stamp on bottom that identifies the potter. It could possibly be Robinson Ransbottom Pottery, or red wing pottery. Because it is a scarcer promotional variant that has not been heavily documented or cross-listed on modern resale platforms, it is a highly unique piece of regional American advertising history. There are a couple small chips on rim one on outside and one underneath rim. A small hairline crack that does not go through to the other side. Manufacturing bumps and glaze marks from the manufacturing process are to be expected. This piece still displays beautifully. I’ve never seen another like it.
