Vintage Robinson-Ransbottom Pottery 15in. 10 Quart Large Spongeware Bowl. Like-new condition; no cracks, chips, ect.
This extra-large mixing bowl measures about 15.75″ across at the rim and 7.125″ tall. The bowl has a capacity of 10 quarts. Made by Robinson Ransbottom in Roseville, Ohio. The bowl is in good condition with no chips or cracks. The glaze has crazing. The crazing is only noticeable when viewed up close.
This large stoneware mixing bowl features a spongeware design with a white band, measuring 13 inches in diameter. 6.5 tall to outer edge. Made from durable stoneware material, this bowl is perfect for mixing and serving various dishes in the kitchen. Pictured is a large, early blue & white spongeware mixing bowl offered for sale. The bowl has a mottled. Sponged effect and has a repetitive pattern. There is a modest embossed geometric design below the rim. It measures 5 1/8″ in height, 11 1/4″ in diameter, & dates from 1885 – 1920. Is in superb condition. Here’s a circa 1920′s Robinson-Ransbottom Pottery RRP Co. Large 16 blue sponge ware bowl #700-P. Words can’t express how truly magnificent this sponge ware bowl is. The pictures provided show its wonderful condition. There are no cracks, chips or fleabites. It measures 16″ in diameter and approximately 7″ deep. Its weight is 13 lbs. After boxing with packing materials. I DO MY VERY BEST TO DESCRIBE THE ITEM OR ITEMS IN MY SALE.

Vintage R R P Roseville Ohio Pottery Blue Spongeware 16 Mixing Bowl. A great condition Roseville mixing bowl. It has 2 chips only. One right next to the other. The one chip (the bigger one) is 3/8″ x 1/4″ and around. The one above that one is a glazed chip. Has a ring to it when tapped. No Cracks are seen. It is 15-1/2″ to 15-3/4″ in diameter.
