The large bowl is all hand decorated and painted. Features a face with some sort of head covering. The head is on a type of orb. The background consists of gray or light black sweeping circular pattern effect. There are, assuming balloons with string in background with red and sometimes orange spattering. Totally bizarre, very 1950s. The word F’e appears on front next to image. Signed on back side Created by F’e Studios. The lady I bought it from said this was a promo piece used in their office; that is all I know. The bowl is in good condition with no chips/cracks. There is an overall crazing to piece. The backside crazing is more predominant withsome light brown tinge in the crackles in areas. There are many pottery pinholes on piece; especially in interior and sometimes dimples in pottery along with lumps bumps spots and dots. As with art pottery, anything goes. A tape residue patch inside upper right side. Cool plate; probably one of a kind.
