Haviland Limoges Hand Painted Sea Shells Seaweed & Gold Footed Bowl C. Pretty porcelain centerpiece bowl with relief molded scrollwork and four cabriolet style legs. Decorated with hand painted seaweed in blue, green, red, purple, and pink on the inside. With seaweed and sea shell son the outside of the dish and gold gilding along the edge and to the relief molding. Marked on the bottom H & Co L in green. This mark was used by Haviland in Limoges France between 1876 and 1889. Also signed on the bottom in gold W. Has some wear to the gilding, but no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 9 3/4 inches long x 8 inches wide x 4 1/4 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
