A vintage terracotta redware bowl with a green and yellow glaze. The bowl is unmarked, but this is probably a piece of Italian pottery, or possibly Spanish. The bowl is approximately 11 inches diameter and 3.25 inches tall, and is in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks, just a few tiny glaze rubs and some light wear and crazing. RS Prussia Mold RS 21 Floral Yellow Blue Gold & Tiffany Luster Large Bowl C. 1900 Antique bowl in the Mold RS 31 shape. Decorated with yellow, white, blue and pink flowers in the center of a white and yellow background. With blue and gold highlights to the relief molded flowers and a Tiffany finish to the scrollwork along the edge. Gold gilding along the edge. The shape is pictured in Plate 498 of the book R. Prussia The Art Nouveau Years. Circa 1900 to 1904. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 9 3/4 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
Here is a fantastic set of 4 bowls from Luneville, France. They looks fantastic with little usage and just very minor wear. They are 9.5 inches. Don’t miss them.
It’s approximately 4 and 7/8″ in diameter and 2 and 1/4″ tall. There are a few small nicks and little lines at a couple areas of the top and base rims.
2 Bowl Set – Rare because of size – Tiny Green glazed Yellow Ware Green McCoy mixing bowl – smallest in set. Made by the McCoy pottery company between 1920 & 1940. Smaller bowls like this are rare as this size was most frequently used & had a greater chance of breaking. Small bowl has factory defects – I think these make the bowl more interesting. Larger bowl is a great green color. Size- smaller bowl: 5 1/2″ in diameter & 3 1/4″ in height. Larger bowl: 8 3/4″ in diameter & 5″ in height.
After inspection this original Roseville Bowl is in overall good condition. There is some normal minor wear and a few minor small damaged spots. There looks like there was a small repair on the bottom rim where a small chunk was glued back on. Please examine photos for details and condition. A few small chips on the bottom ring. One tip of one pedal has a small chip as seen in a photo circled in red. I did not try and detail clean the bowl at all. It’s as I found it.
