Vtg Studio Pottery Footed Console Bowl Stoneware Modern Newell Hillis Arnold. This Listing is for a beautiful rare vintage decorative footed console bowl. Artist: Newell Hillis Arnold. Colors: Blue and Tan. The artist’s initials appear on the underside (see photos). It’ll make a fantastic addition to any modern pottery collection! 16″ long x 7″ tall x 4.5 deep (measured at the feet on the underside). Condition: Good vintage condition. When this piece was made, the artist apparently went back after the fact and closed the separation gap at the top on one end as it didn’t close as it did on the opposite end (see photos). We are not certain what the material is. Aside from that, there are a few natural surface imperfections from when it was made, none overly distracting or that take away from the item. For sale we have a rare huge 8 Antique T &R Boote English White Ironstone Pedestal Footed open fruit bowl or compote. This huge beauty is in the early Sydenham design and form. This bowl has a opulent busy design and pattern with flutes and with a beautiful wavy scalloped opening. This bowl has the impressed Register mark that dates the piece to 1853. The pattern and overall form is intriguing and beautiful. The color is rich and glossy throughout the entire piece with the blue glaze pooling present. The inside of the bowl is excellent with no scratching of scuffing. We have not seen another bowl in this pattern and large size. We have seen more cake stands then this form and pattern. This is a fresh to the market example in excellent original untouched condition. This open footed pedestal bowl is very large and impressive at 8″ in height with the opening being 10 1/2″ across the top and the depth of the bowl at 3 3/4 all approx. The condition is fabulous with no chips, cracks, deep scratches or scuffs and no repairs. We only see a discolored glob of ironstone on the one scallop on the outer edge of the bowl and some spotty overall crazing. There is also some usage discoloration on the bottom foot of the bowl. We pictured these areas and mention them for accuracy. This is a excellent rare example and would look great displayed with a early ironstone Cake Stand. Wonderful vintage Warren MacKenzie Footed Pottery Bowl. It Measures 3 3/4″ tall X 6″ across. No nicks, dings, chips or fleabites. Nice orange brown colors. A fine addition to any home or collection! How lovely is this – Ceramic Bowl straight sides like a casserole or soufflé style bowl – Blue trim with blue flowers and a few yellow. Stands 4 3/4″ tall and 8″ diameter. Unfortunately no makers marks to help date this. No chips but does show some cracking in the glazing shown in the photos.
Hammat Pottery Mid-Century Original Footed Vase / Bowl #357. Size: 9.75″ in diameter, 6.5″ tall. Made by an American ceramic Artist Flora Eckert Hammat in between in late 1940′s or 1950′s. Good condition, Maker’s mark on the bottom, previous owner used black marker to write on the bottom and scratch it out, see pictures for details.
Straight from a local estate comes this OLD-TIME Red Wing pottery pedestal compote bowl. You’ll love the content & detail. Condition is ok for age. There is some surface wear. Several small nips along edges. The pedestal and bowl have been re-glued together. Could use a good cleaning. You please be the judge of condition… See photos for condition. Beautifully hand painted antique set of Limoges bowls! Antique T&V Limoges footed berry Nut bowl set 5 Piece Hand Painted 3 Signed. Each berry bowl contains a different hand painted scene: one each of blueberries, raspberries, gooseberries, and red currents or cranberries. Three small bowls are signed or initialed by the same artist: L. Each are painted in the same style, so I’m not certain why the last isn’t signed or initialed. Small bowls are about 5.25 in diameter. The larger bowl is a beautiful hand painted scene of cherries measuring about 8.5″x3″. There are cherries inside and out. The three feet are gold gilt as are the rims to all of the bowls. These T&V Limoges bowls were made between 1892 and 1907. Considering their age, this set is in very good condition! One small bowl has a hairline crack seen in pics. Rest are no cracks no chips no crazing. Very little paint or gold loss even at their age!
