Vintage Pottery Bowls

Handmade in the United States using pottery production technique, this art pottery bowl has a glossy finish and is an antique collectible item for adults. The bowl is a part of the Fiesta product line by Homer Laughlin, known for its vintage pattern and vibrant blue color. Ideal for all occasions, this unique mixing bowl adds a touch of retro charm to any kitchen or dining collection. THIS IS THE LARGEST BOWL IN THE ENTIRE FIESTA LINE. BECAUSE OF THE SIZE, IT WAS THE ONLY BOWL THAT HAD TO BE MOSTLY TOOLED BY HAND. MANY OF THESE ORIGINAL BOWLS ARE SHOWCASED IN MUSEUMS BECAUSE OF THEIR ICONIC HISTORY IN THE ART DECO ERA. THERE IS ONE DEFECT (SEE PHOTO). AS TO BE EXPECTED, THERE ARE A FEW INSIDE SCRATCHES FROM THE MANY TIMES THIS WAS USED IN THE LAST 85+ YEARS. YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE 3 KILN MARKS ON THE BOTTOM AND THE IMPRESSED HOMER LAUGHLIN NAME AND THE IMPRESSED BACKSTAMP. THE OUTSIDE RINGS ARE CLEARLY VISIBLE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TRUE PIECE OF HISTORY, LOOK NO FURTHER. THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR ANY VINTAGE HOMER LAUGHLIN FIESTA COLLECTOR. THIS BEAUTY WEIGHS 6 LBS 6.5 OZ.
