Vtg Studio Pottery Footed Console Bowl Stoneware Modern Newell Hillis Arnold. This Listing is for a beautiful rare vintage decorative footed console bowl. Artist: Newell Hillis Arnold. Colors: Blue and Tan. The artist’s initials appear on the underside (see photos). It’ll make a fantastic addition to any modern pottery collection! 16″ long x 7″ tall x 4.5 deep (measured at the feet on the underside). Condition: Good vintage condition. When this piece was made, the artist apparently went back after the fact and closed the separation gap at the top on one end as it didn’t close as it did on the opposite end (see photos). We are not certain what the material is. Aside from that, there are a few natural surface imperfections from when it was made, none overly distracting or that take away from the item.
