This measures 4-1/2″ X 11-1/2″ and is in excellent condition. The mark on the base appears to be either JH or TH and the year is 1990.
Coming from the forties this bowl is in very good condition with no cracks. The bowl measures 6.5 inches high, 6.5 inches wide, approx 20 inches in circumfrence, and weighs a little over 2 lbs. Beth Sakeva was a pioneer in pottery coming from the Tewa Village on Arizona’s 2nd Mesa. She was born in 1926 and produced her beautiful black on red bowls for many years. She passed on in 1974. I feel her creations will be great collector items for many years with this one no exception.

We offer an early twentieth century Royal Doulton porcelain Flambé Ware bowl signed Noke for Charles J. Noke one of the creators of the Flambé glaze in 1904. The serving bowl has a six sided bordered rim and rests on three feet. The bowl is decorated in deep indigo on a red ground with a cottage set in a wooded rural landscape. The bowl measures 2 1/4″ in height and 11″ in width. The central bowl measures 8 5/8″ in diameter and the base measures 6 1/4″ in diameter. As seen in the photographs, there are several knife marks inside the bowl and some show the white clay surface. The Royal Doulton Flambé serving bowl is presented in gently used antique condition with no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs.
