Pre-owned Watt pottery Ovenware #5 mixing bowl made in USA. This bowl is a small bowl about 2 3/4″ in height and just under 5″ wide. The bowl is in good condition. The bottom rim & inside the bowl has normal wear of the cracking of the glaze and bottom rim is dirty. The middle inside of the bowl has an indent, looks like from the original manufacturing of the bowl. No staining or major cracks. This is a very rare piece. Vintage Fulper Pottery Bowl SMALL Scalloped Crystalline Glaze Blue/Gold Flambe. EXCEPTIONAL Glazes and Condition. Terrific Fulper century old handled Footed Scalloped Edge Small Bowl. Wonderful Blue and Gold Highlight Flambe Glazes. The Crystalline portions of the glaze were extremely desirable and only a few potters of that era could achieve them. Great size for Dresser or Alcove display -these did come in various sizes- This is the SMALLER one. No cracks, chips or repairs, sparkling clean inside and out. Very light (if any) crazing. Very little sign of usage. Typical factory manufacturing artifacts, a few glaze skips on the base ring and on the bottom inside (one on an extra bit of clay all covered with the final clear glaze – please see last photos).
