Vintage HOPI Native American Indian Hand Painted Pottery Bowl. This beautiful hand crafted pottery bowl has a geometric design and is signed by Evelyn Poolheco. Measurements: 4-1/2″ tall, 6″ diameter, 4-3/4 opening. There is a noticeable scratch on the inside of the bowl. Otherwise it is in almost perfect condition. No breaks, No chips. See pictures as they are part of the description. She was Spider clan. An example of Poolheco’s pottery is included in the permanent collection of the Museum of Northern Arizona. Her forms and decoration were strictly traditional employing black on yellow, black on red or polychrome motifs. Vintage Native American Acoma Polychrome Pottery Bowl Signed S Chino 1975. This Acoma Polychrome Pottery Bowl features traditional pueblo patterns. About 5 1/4″ tall x 8 1/4″ wide, it has a glazed interior and is in very good condition. It is signed S. Chino and dated 1975. Although the artisan cannot be further identified, S. Chino is referenced in the original “Seven Families in Pueblo Pottery” & Southern Pueblo Pottery: 2000 Artist Biographies. Feedback is greatly appreciated! 123 Danon Drive Easley, SC 29640. Vintage Antique 1930′s Hopi Indian Native American Pottery Bowl Hand Painted. Up for your consideration is a 1930′s Hopi Native American pottery bowl. The bowl measures 4-3/8″ diameter at it’s opening and is 2-3/8″ tall. The bowl has “Hopi” written on the bottom, and has a signature marked on the bottom. The piece is reddish in tone and is painted with black and white markings. It has a few very small chips around the rim and also has a hairline crack about 1-1/2 long (see pictures). Shows a lot of wear, a few hairline cracks, no missing pieces. Inside of bowl is stained as shown. Has small indentations around the outer edge. Bottom is worn and the name of the artist is worn away, I can read “Made by Cora”. I don’t know any history of the piece, the family didn’t know anything about it, they were cleaning out a relative’s home. Fatststart Auctions is veteran owned and operated. Museum-like quality Hopi Pottery bowl by the late Garnet Pavatea. This is a stunning and probably quite rare piece given its condition and age. It has been proudly and safely displayed in a home for the past 40 years. This bowl is oval shaped and measures approximately 10 1/2 inches long by 7 1/4 inches wide and is about 3 1/4 inches deep. It weights 2 lbs and ¾ ounces. Please note, I have two other pieces by Garnet Pavatea in similar museum-like condition also for sale. Up for sale is a wonderful vintage handmade Native American Santa Clara Pueblo pottery bowl. It’s signed on the bottom and made by Faustina. The piece has a two toned black detailing with detailed deeply inset. It also has a large handles that wrap around each other. The piece is in nice condition and measures 7 inches tall by 5 3/4 inches wide. It has a very small hairline crack on the handle as show in last photo.
