SET OF 4 (four) BAUER RINGWARE Nesting Bowls. Inside ring set on all bowls. There are 4 colors and four sizes. Jade Green #9 /10.5″ Diameter 6″ Deep. Sunflower Yellow #12 / 9.5″ Diameter 5.5″ Deep. Yellow #18 / 8.25″ Diameter 4.5″ Deep. Burnt Yellow #24 / 7.5″ Diameter 4.25″ Deep. Measurements are very close might be slightly off. #9 Bowl overall good condition minor flaws. #12 Has a crack 2″ from bottom 5.5″ Long. Marked can be erased. #18 Is fine minor flaws. Some pin holes from process. #24 Good with crazing. One of the best thing about these are the little imperfections in color and minor flaws. Colors are from other listings trying to find color names from Bauer. Some wear spots on lip of bowl and normal manufacturing flaws. Drying rack or kilm rack marks on bottom. I will show pictures of most flaws. A # 30 would make this a stellar set. I’ll leave that to you. Please look at pictures for details and condition. More pictures upon request. Vintage Homer Laughlin Fiesta Fiestaware Kitchen Kraft Mixing Bowl #4-Red Glaze-Good Condition. White spots and or lines are reflections. Use wear is normal for items of this age. There are no flea bites, chips, dings or cracks unless specifically noted in condition description. It is common to see mottled glaze, over glazing, glaze burns from the kiln, bump in the glaze, air bubble pop in the glaze and light or skipped glaze. These came out of the factory that way. In other words, quality control was not as good when this product line was made. This item has rings both inside and out making it even more desirable to collectors. The bowl weighs over 3 pounds. This is a vintage Fiesta Ware #4 mixing bowl in the ivory color made by Homer Laughlin. The first 5 fiesta ware colors were introduced in late 1935 early 1936. This bowl has the bottom inner rings so it was made from 1936 until early 1938 only. The later production bowls (mid 1938) has a smooth bottom with no rings. The bowl is about 5 5/16th inches tall and about 7 11 /16th inches across This piece is in very good used condition for its age. There are no cracks, crazing, or repairs that I can see. There is one pin head sized nip on the outside edge of the rim as shown in the photos. There are five pinhead sized glaze pops on the inside of the bowl as shown in the photos. I can not find any utensil marks when I inspected the bowl. The foots glaze skips as shown that was most likely caused by contact with the resting surface before the glaze was dry. The piece is well marked. I took a lot of photos to show all the details and are part of the description. Please review the photos, they are part of the description. Set of Five RRP Co – Robinson Ransbottom Pottery Roseville, OH Mixing Bowl Set. Bowl #1 – Largest bowl minty green measures 9.25″ wide x 4.75″ tall – no crazing. Bowl #2 – White – measure 8.25″wide x 4.25″ tall – no crazing. Has hairline crack on inside bottom – doesn’t go through. Bowl #3 – Brown 7″ wide x 3.75″ tall – no crazing. Bowl #4 – Reddish brown 6.25″ wide x 3.25″ tall – no crazing. Bowl #5 – Smallest bowl yellow 5.25″ tall x 2.75″ wide – has crazing. All have design marks from the kiln. Choose the most reasonable. All bowls are beautiful with a ripple wavy texture. There is not another set like this listed anywhere. Made by RRP Co. (Robinson Ransbottom Pottery) in Roseville, OH in the 1920s/30s.
