Vintage Fantasia Dancing Mushrooms Dish or Planter / Vernon Kilns Pottery Calif. This is the best dish or planter. It is So amazing. This has the dancing mushrooms, the nutcracker sequence, from the 1940′s Disney Movie Fantasia. It was hand painted and then glazed. It is 12 in x. The stamp on the back says. Made in the USA. It does not have the word Disney on it like some others I have seen. I asked the owner about it at an estate sale. She got it when her children were young. She looked to be in her late 60′s to early 70′s to give you a time frame. She said it could have been left off by mistake or Disney was not stamped on it yet. If you are a collector you might know a lot more about this item. I can tell you there is not one chip or crack on this item and it is so whimsical and wonderful. Vernon Kilns Walt Disney Fantasia #120 Mushroom Bowl Dish Blue Vintage Vernon Kilns pottery casserole dish or bowl. It was made in the 1940s by the California Company called Vernon Kilns, who had a license with Disney after the movie Fantasia was released to produce products of the movie. The dish is in excellent condition. It is marked #120. I dont think anyone ever used it for cooking. This bowl features the Dancing mushrooms from the movie. Its finished in a rare hard to find light blue color glaze. It is in excellent condition, see pictures for more details. Bowl measures 12 ¼ long x 7 ¼ inches wide.
