Large vintage mottled brown planter of classic mid-century modern cylindrical form. Signed Gainey Ceramics, La Verne, CA AC-10. This pot comes from an old estate here in the Ojai, California (along with several others I shall be listing in the next few days). This one measures approximately 10 x10. Over all condition is very good; no chips, some slight original manufacturing flaws, minor blemishes, and just one hairline crack. No drain-hole, so pot can be used as an interior jardinière.
