This Vintage Faux Malachite Porcelain Medici Pedestal Bowl is a beautiful centerpiece adorned in a green color, reminiscent of the Medici style. Made of porcelain and with a production style of art pottery from the 1950s, this unique bowl features an all-over pattern with gold edging that adds a touch of elegance to any space. The inside color is a creamy yellow and there is some crazing inside which shows up as three lines in the bowl when washed, very minor, and some wear in the gold paint edging. The detailed craftsmanship and vintage charm make it a standout piece for decorative cookware, dinnerware, and serveware collections. It is 9.5 inches diameter and 5 inches tall, approximately. There is no marking. I did not take the felt off the bottom to check. At first I thought it looked hand painted, but upon further inspection, it may be decoupaged.
