Artes Folklorico presents a beautiful vintage Mexican ceramic pottery tecomate bowl made in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico circa 1930s. The piece features two large birds, palm trees and a cornucopia of flowers and foliage. The background is a tightly-weaved cross-hatching called petatillo. The bowl is in excellent vintage condition with no breaks, cracks or chips (see photographs). The piece measures 4-1/4 inches in height and 7-1/2 inches in diameter.
