They are both singed by the artist, (but you can’t read it) the creamer’s foot there is a little crack, (please see the pictures) The tea pot is also signed by Jeanne A. Board, but the tea pot is not from the set, it just looks very similar to it, the difference is in color tone, and the flowers are a bit different, (not very noticeable).
