Beautiful vintage stoneware mixing bowl featuring a warm cream-glazed interior, oatmeal-colored unglazed exterior, rich brown glazed band and hand-formed pouring spout. Its form, dimensions and finish closely resemble vintage French Digoin Grespots size 8 bowls. However, this piece is completely unmarked, so the maker and country of origin cannot be confirmed. Measurements. Approximately 9.75 inches across the rim. Approximately 5 inches tall Condition: Good vintage condition with no obvious chips or cracks observed. There is a small glazed-over irregularity along the rim that occurred during manufacture-not a later chip. The unglazed exterior has natural discoloration, surface marks and firing variations consistent with age and use. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they are part of the description.
