Vintage Pottery Bowls

Offered here is a vintage Royal Bavarian serving bowl with lid by Hutschenreuther Selb, Bavaria, Germany. Both the bowl and lid are in a rounded octagonal shape with hand decorated 24 karat gold lace and floral patterns over sage-green, light-ivory and white. The bowl with lid in place is approximately 5-3/8 inches high, 9-3/4 inches wide at the handle tips and 8-inches in diameter with the rounded octagonal shape. The bowl base is in a hexagonal shape measuring 5-inches across. The serving bowl itself is approximately 2-7/8 inches high. This is exceptional serving bowl in very good to excellent vintage condition with very few visible signs of wear. There are no observed chips or cracks on either the bowl or lid.
