This is a rare piece of Dorothy Kindell’s work, ca. 1940′s and the detail on this piece is well executed. There were a series of 6 of these. This one is number 4 and is numbered on the piece. The words “Delaying Action” is on this one. There is an actual license number on the back of the automobile. A French policeman is blowing a whistle with a Black woman and French poodle chasing the vehicle. There is an older asian man in the vehicle. The outside has a green glossy. Finish with a yellow gloss interior. There is a minor interior imperfection (hairline crack) that is shown in photo and can be felt with a fingernail. The size is approximately 4″ diameter x 6 1/2″ high. Thank you for your interest.
