Possibly the work of Serbian born New Zealand ceramicist Jova Rancich who worked in the 1930′s. Each bowl measures approximately 6 1/4″ in diameter by 3 1/8″ high. Both bowls have several small spots of glaze loss on the edges of the waves. Both are marked on the underside JOVA.
