Beautiful large wash basin and chamber pot with deep blue & orange transfer designs hand painted with accents of violet, orange, green & gold. The blue flows slightly giving the set an elegant appearance. The mark on the bottom indicates this is the Springfield pattern. Butterflies fill the space between the fanciful flowering trees. The ceramic body is very pretty and white. The edges of the bowl and pot are hand lined in gold. There is a little wear to the gold on the top of the bowl and pot and a few light scratches to bowl. The pot also has a tiny’nick’ on the body but not noticeable. Marked on the bottom of both pieces, Losol Ware/Springfield/Kelling & Co.
