RARE Vintage Bennington Pottery Recipe Wall Plaque Dione Lucas Quenelles de Brochet w/Nantua Sauce Cobalt Blue Description Charming Vintage 13″x 14″ Bennington Wall Plaque Rich Cobalt Blue Hole at Top for hanging It is a heavy piece Recipe for the classic French dish QUENELLES de BROCHET with NANTUA Sauce Marked on back Bennington Potters Bennington Vermont 1822. The entire recipe is stamped into the soft clay before firing. It was subsequently glazed in cobalt blue. There are several of these to collect and are rather pricey.
