Colorful gowns, florals and a peacock at their feet. Bold yellow wide band with a narrow band of cobalt to purple with a gold gilt laurel repeating pattern. The outer rim is a yellow with multi color florals and small pattern. In all there are 7 gilt gold narrow bands on this fine porcelain bowl. The hand painted detail is lovely as well as the vibrant use of colors and scenic pattern! Measures 9.75 inch diameter. 1.75 inch height. Marked on the underside with the gilt Pauly & Cie mark.
