Bauer Pottery Monterey Set of 9 Soup Bowls. One for each glaze that was offered (White, Canary Yellow, Monterey Blue, Turquoise Blue, Ivory, Burgundy, California Orange-Red, Red-Brown, and Green). All of the bowls are in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or hairlines. They are all marked Bauer Los Angeles, and measure approximately 7 across from end to end. The orange has a few pock marks on the rim. The White glaze was discontinued the time that Ivory was.

Up for sale is this great Bauer footed Fruitbowl from the 1930s. There are no chips or cracks in it its very pristine. It measures 10 inches in diameter and 3 1/2 inches tall with the ring design pattern on the side. It is marked Bauer Los Angeles on the bottom. Vintage BAUER Monterey FOOTED Fruit BOWL Pottery Rare 10. We are pleased to present you a vintage Monterey footed fruit bowl made by Bauer Pottery in the 1930s. The Bauer Pottery started in Louisville, Kentucky, and then flourishing in Los Angeles, California, J. Bauer Pottery Company created simple, yet beautiful stoneware from the late 1880s to the early 1960s. With lines ranging from redware flowerpots to brilliantly colored dinnerware, Bauer Pottery was a staple in American homes for many decades. Inspired by the weather and lifestyles of Southern California, Bauer Pottery created many different lines for the home and garden. Bauer introduced new, richly colored styles after the Depression which met with overwhelming success. It wasn’t long before all the major pottery companies in the United States began to follow with their own interpretations of Bauer’s vision. The footed fruit bowl is made of ceramic material and in turquise color. It has a ring design on its side. Measures 10 1/4 inches in diameter and 3 5/8 inches tall.
