Vintage Hopi Pueblo Indian Pottery Bowl Beautiful authentic Native American unsigned piece Condition. This is an older piece that is not perfect. It has been cracked and repaired. It is also missing the coloring in a couple locations. Please be sure to look at the photos to judge the condition for yourself. I have this on display in my house and you can easily set it so the damage isn’t noticeable. I have received a lot of compliments on the piece. They said it was made between the 1950′s to 1970′s by the Hopi tribe, First Mesa in Arizona. I’m not a Native American pottery expert so I can only go off what they told me. Sikyatki Revival Hopi Pottery Bowl. This Stunning Bowl measures. Approximately 1- 3/4 in. High by 5 inches. Both the precision painting & very specific asymmetrical design elements, a bulging rim, as well the extraordinarily smooth. Stone polishing along with irregular red paint are consistent with other pottery bowls. From the antiquities market generally accepted as attributable to the Nampeyo Family – with Nellie (or perhaps Annie) painting their mother’s ceramic creation.
