This small green lidded powder bowl stands 8 cm in height from the top of the handle to base and 10.5 cm in diameter. It has a mottled green matt glaze and the lid is decorated with gumnuts and gumleaves. Signed to the base E Bryce Carter Sydney with the number 112. According to the Powerhouse Museum Emily Bryce Carter signed her pieces as E Bryce Carter whereas her son signed his pieces Eric Bryce Carter. (I have been informed by a watcher that this piece is by Emily Bryce Carter – thank you). There is no damage – only a run on the underside of the lid which is photographed.
