This is a Pair of Vintage Upsala Ekeby Gefle Swedish Black Leaf Bowls, in matched design and different sizes. The decanter exhibits the beautiful leather work that is the hallmark of skill Italian leather artisans. It rich Italian leather and the gold embossing give it a nice antique, Old World appearance. The larger bowl only has the maker’s mark, clearly seen in a closeup photo. We think these estate pieces are Mid Century but we do not know the age for sure. The larger bowl is 13 1/4″ long and the smaller is 9″ long. The bowls are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or other issues.
