Up for your consideration is a vintage Moorcroft (England) flat oval bowl or vase. The exterior is covered in a deep cobalt blue glaze inside and out. There are two clematis flowers on one side in pink and a deep purple, with light green leaves on either side. There is one deep purple flower on the other side with light green leaves. The flowers have green/gold centers. The vase stands 3 1/2 inches tall, measures 6 1/2 inches long and 3 3/8 inches wide, and weighs 12 3/8 ounces. The underside is marked: MOORCROFT and MADE IN ENGLAND. The narrow bowl or vase is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. Crazing is evident on the underside of the base.
