Model number stamped at underside. Additional black glaze stamps at underside. In VG+ vintage condition with light signs of age and wear. Measures approximately 6 inches in diameter at the rim exterior, 4.25 inches tall, and 2.50 inches in diameter at the base. Weighs approximately 1.50 lbs. Will weigh between 2 and 3 lbs packaged. Photos are descriptions- please zoom in and inspect photos carefully. Photos were taken at night using flash. I believe this rimmed serving bowl to be vintage, and it is in nice vintage condition, no chips or cracks but upon very very close inspection there are a couple very tiny nicks in the glaze – nothing you would see if using at the table, only if you hand held it for a very close up inspection. Color is blue, I believe moonstone, but not as deep as some other moonstone I have so I assume this is to be attributed to hand glazing in the Heath factory. Nicely pressed in logo. Set of 4 Vintage Edith Heath Ceramics California Art Pottery. Gray/Green Speckled Textured Bowls – Soup Salad Pasta Cereal Serving. 8 1/4 across top rim, 2 1/2 tall and 3 3/4 across bottom foot ring. Excellent condition for their age! One bowl has a bubble pop in the glaze on the underside of the rim (photo #9, this would have occurred during manufacturing). Another bowl has some extremely light scuffs likely from unglazed foot of another bowl scraping past (last photo). Same bowl also has a lower dark spot on the rim under the glaze, not a chip (also something that has always been part of this bowl from manufacturing, I took two photos in different lighting, see photos #10 & 11). I see no other flaws or signs of use, no utensil marks inside of bowls, no chips, no cracks, etc. Great addition to your collection!
