Large, Vintage Fulper Art Pottery Bowl Description and Item Information Up for sale is this vintage Fulper art pottery bowl. Please excuse the glare in the photos. This scalloped, footed bowl has a beautiful glaze which is aqua with yellowish tan highlights and crystals; there are silvery crystals and a small streak of brown to the interior. Unpacked, it weighs 4 pounds 4.3 ounces. This piece stands about 3 7/16 inches tall, and it is approximately 16 1/4 inches long by 10 1/8 inches wide. This pot would be a great addition to a collection of vintage American art pottery. Identification This vintage piece is Fulper pottery from New Jersey. It is marked beneath, FULPER. Condition This piece looks very good overall, with fine crazing, and no cracks. There is a flat 1/8 inch chip to the unglazed base. There is a shallow indent (3/16 inch by 1/2 inch) to the unglazed base, also. The bowl has light wear. Variations in glazing are as made. As made, the glaze does not fully cover to the base.
