The Wonderful World of 1970′s Studio Stoneware. Here’s a massive vintage stoneware bowl by San Diego Artist Wayne Chapman – fantastic size, perfectly thrown, with great ochre earth-tone exterior glaze, and back to blue salt starburst glaze interior, and foot. Nice impressed edge, and makers mark on the bottom. Can be used on a credenza or as a floor art piece. Measures an impressive: 18 inches in. Diameter, 7 inches tall, 1/2 inch thick wall.
