This product is a very rare antique American 1800s large 14 bowl of yellow ware, originating from Pennsylvania. The bowl features a floral pattern and is made of yellow ware, showcasing the craftsmanship of the Jeffords brand. It has a small hairline craze, as shown. It feels like it has been there a long time. There is a blue streak that is glazed over and a piece of unglazed clay as shown. Overall great antique condition. This one is heavy and impressive.

This has a great look to it and is free of any chips or cracks. The detailing is really beautiful on this piece. There may be some surface wear from age which is to be expected. Very nice Native American Hopi polychrome shallow bowl. Measures approximately 6.5 across. Features a unique mimbres inspired fish design. There may be a very faint remnant of a signature on the back but nothing discernable. Very good condition, no major chips, cracks, or major scratches. This hard-to-find bowl is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! This pattern represents the best design in white banded bowls and. The bowl features not only raised white bands, but also a molded raised. Design on the bottom half of the bowl. This bowl is extremely rare and is the most difficult of all the white banded bowls to find. Over the raised waffle design. These bowls were made in graduated sizes, this bowl measures 8 ½” in diameter by 3 ¾” high. The bowl is nicely molded and is in original mint condition with no damage or repairs. This bowl was fired at a high temperature and rings like a bell when you tap the rim. This is a wonderful bowl that would be a great accent piece. To any yellow ware collection.

Here we have an attractive antique American bowl in a unique pattern. This is an Ohio Valley piece of yellow ware dating to the 1870s. During this period there were hundreds of potters along the Ohio River, each trying to survive and create a market for their wares, hence the unique band pattern in this set. This bowl is decorated with three raised bands, two wide white and one mocha. The bowl has a pronounced rounded rim and foot. The rounded rim was a feature added to bowls to make it easier to pick them up without the bowl slipping out of your hands. These bowls made in graduated sizes, this bowl measures 12″ in diameter by 5 ½” high. This attractive bowl is free of damage and survives in its original condition after 150 years of use.
