This is a highly collectible bowl made in Germany for R. This bowl (I believe) is a part of the castle series. It shows a house with a thatched roof water wheel and a woman by the stream. This bowl has the mold number 20 which dates it to one of the early series. It shows some wear on the ridges inside the bowl, otherwise no chips, cracks or crazing. This is a special piece of china and has the red back stamp. It is 2 1/2 high and 9 3/4 inches across. The item “Vintage R. S.
