Superb Hand made piece with Hand Painted Decoration and a Subtle Metallic Lustre Glaze as it catches the light. This Studio was set up in 1976 by two sisters, Saura and Ivana Vignoli. Their work stands out for its Limited Production and Special Commissions that use striking Geometric design and experimentation and individual pieces. This Bowl was Commissioned in 1994 for the 19th World Gas Congress in Milan, which whilst not the most glamorous of bodies would have been a very limited production of pieces. Their work is marketed by a Company called Artemest and pieces like this would retail for 600+ Euros.
