IT LOOKS LIKE A CHIP BUT IT IS GLAZED AND PAINTED SO THIS MUST OF HAPPENED BEFORE GLAZING FINISH WAS PUT ON DURING MANUFACTURING. IT IS SHOWN IN THE 7TH PHOTO.
