This piece has a Ton of Hand painted multi-colored flowers and leaves and all are outlined in Gold. It is in Excellent condition on the outside no wear or paint issues at all, inside there is some age crackling in the glaze, but no cracks or issues. It measures Approx 3″ T x 3 1/4″ W with a 3 1/4 opening and it has a hole in the bottom which makes me think it was designed to be a planter of some sort. It is marked on the Bottom Fischer 2 Budapest and stamped a number in the bottom which I think is the #1700 but not completely sure, I haven’t been able to find another one like this in all my searches!!
