I have found mottled red pieces but no mottled yellow. This piece has an old fiesta mark as well as 4 saggar pin marks. It is 8.5″ in diameter and 2 3/4″ tall. See all pictures and feel free to ask questions although this is such a rare piece I may not have much information for you. A 9.5 nappy bowl similar to this was discontinued in 1946.
